Hands down, 5 stars. The staff here are friendly and respectful. They are quick and willing to get my cats in asap and their weekend hours have saved us from a lot of long nights.
I have had to have two cats put down due to FIV and went here both times. They are understanding and respectful, letting you spend as much time as you need with your pet, letting you decide when the time is right. They ensure that the environment remains quiet while you are saying goodbye and I very much appreciate this. Afterwards, they will give you some of their fur to hold onto until ashes arrive (if you purchase them).
Overall, this place is just amazing. Although I have a few bad memories attached to it because of my cats, I have nothing bad to say about the staff and facility themselves. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked.
